You are solely responsible for the content you post (names, descriptions, etc.). You agree NOT to:

Post offensive, abusive, hateful, or explicit content.
Spam the service by creating massive amounts of fake sanctuaries.
Attempt to hack, bypass security, or disrupt the server.

We reserve the right to delete any sanctuary or chicken that violates these rules, without prior notice.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Virtual Chicken Sanctuary is provided "as is" and as a hobby project. While we do our best to keep your digital memorials safe, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or that data will never be lost. We recommend keeping personal backups of your memories.
